Candidates will draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements, conduct privacy impact assessments, support incident response, and stay abreast of evolving regulations to manage risk for clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on data privacy, cybersecurity laws, and AI governance frameworks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements.
• Draft and review data protection agreements and IP provisions in transactional agreements.
• Advise on IP ownership, protection, and licensing strategies.
• Lead incident response efforts, including breach investigation and reporting.
• Advise on AI governance and associated legal risks.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses.
• Monitor legislative developments and advise on emerging obligations.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to client-facing thought leadership.
