Job summary

DataLab USA is a data-driven analytics and marketing technology consultancy seeking an HR generalist/recruiter with 3–5 years of experience. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring for technical roles including programmers, data scientists, and data analysts.

The HR professional will collaborate with internal teams, stay current on labor laws, and support onboarding, employee relations, and policy development. Comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work policy are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
• Proven experience as a recruiter and HR generalist in a tech or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and applicant tracking systems.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates to identify best fit for technical and non-technical roles.
• Stay updated on industry trends to adjust recruitment strategies.
• Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, sponsorship/immigration, and audits.
