Job summary

Oxalis is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant to drive program and portfolio outcomes in a hybrid St. Louis environment. You will lead engagements from discovery through configuration and rollout, aligning client goals with Oxalis capabilities.

You’ll shape roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable value while navigating complex stakeholder environments in regulated industries. Occasional travel up to 75% in St. Louis is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in consulting, solution architecture, business analysis, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges and deliver strategic, high-impact solutions.
• Several years leading programs or portfolios across cross-functional teams, including enterprise roadmapping, capacity forecasting, and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience implementing or maturing a PMO and leading Agile/Scrum transformation in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements end-to-end from discovery through configuration, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support; surface the real problem and design tailored solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for executive, technical, and end-user audiences; produce high-quality deliverables and training materials.
• Build and maintain enterprise roadmaps that align work to business value; lead project, program, and portfolio management across cross-functional workstreams.
