Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical and professional roles in a hybrid setting. The role supports hiring leaders, develops search strategies, and guides searches from sourcing through offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and professional positions, with strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills, plus familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical and professional positions.
• Experience sourcing engineering and sales talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of recruiting regulations and hiring best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable business applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for technical, engineering, sales, and corporate positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify specialized and hard-to-find talent
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Gather and organize interview feedback to keep hiring decisions moving forward
• Support offer development by providing insight regarding compensation, start dates, and other relevant considerations
• Create and refine job postings that clearly communicate position requirements
• Deliver a responsive and positive experience throughout the candidate journey
• Represent the organization’s employment opportunities in an engaging and professional manner
• Maintain recruiting practices that align with applicable employment laws and company policies
