Job summary

Addison Group is assisting a healthcare nonprofit client with a Recruiter role on the People Operations team. You will support a high-volume recruiting function, managing multiple searches from sourcing through offers.

The role involves partnering with HR and hiring managers, engaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding new hires through onboarding in a hybrid, 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in healthcare, professional associations, nonprofits, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Own 15–20 open positions at a time and drive full lifecycle recruiting.
• Partner with HR and hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through sourcing channels and evaluate resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling between candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through recruitment stages.
• Assist with offer prep, candidate follow-up, and onboarding support.
