Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a System Manager-Technology Adoption & Support to lead strategies enabling colleagues to adopt and effectively use clinical, business, and productivity applications.

The role oversees user enablement programs, change readiness, and ongoing proficiency development, partnering with operational, clinical, and technology leaders to drive value and productivity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of relevant IT/healthcare/management experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum of three years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Experience with clinical, business, or productivity applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to help colleagues adopt and utilize applications.
• Oversee user enablement programs, including site support and enterprise application training.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technology leaders to align priorities with scalable learning initiatives.
• Identify barriers using UX and application data, drive interventions, and improve workforce productivity.
