Job summary

Ryan LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Litigation Management Attorney with a strong civil tax litigation background. You will oversee case intake, client engagement, case assignment, supervision of co-counsel, and billing for cases outside Arizona, with remote supervision only.

The role requires an active Arizona State Bar license and adherence to professional standards. The position offers hybrid work with about two days onsite and three days remote, a collaborative environment, and a benefits

Qualifications

Four-year bachelor's degree.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
At least five to ten years’ experience as a practicing civil litigation attorney.
Active member of the State Bar of Arizona.
No character or fitness violations from any state bar association or supreme court.

Responsibilities

Create a positive team experience and provide ongoing professional guidance to direct reports.
Manage case intake, client engagement, case assignment, and billing for cases filed outside Arizona.
Supervise co-counsel attorneys and paralegals; coordinate with Compliance Lawyer and Senior Attorney.
Review case settlement documentation, billing details, and approve final invoices.
