Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Arizona Bar admission required; active status.
• One-year master’s degree in taxation or equivalent.
• At least twenty years of experience as a practicing tax attorney.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal analysis and supervision of tax-related matters for clients.
• Hire, train, and manage legal staff within the Tax practice.
• Draft and negotiate Legal Services Agreements and client engagements.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, licensing, and ethics for the team.
• Engage in marketing efforts and co-counsel engagements with clients.
