Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues (accounting methods, LLCs, partnerships)
• Assist with M&A tax structuring
• Draft emails and memos
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments
• Assist with firm-wide trainings
