EisnerAmper, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a senior tax professional to join its Tax Team in the United States. You will research and analyze federal income tax issues, assist with M&A tax structuring, and draft firm-wide communications.

The ideal candidate has CPA, JD, or LL.M in Tax and 20+ years of progressive federal tax consulting experience, with strong proficiency in Excel and tax databases. We offer a hybrid work model and opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD or LL.M (Tax)
• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience dealing with either: National Tax Office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships
• Strong experience with various substantive accounting methods, LLC and partnership tax issues, including allocations, liabilities, capital shifts, continuations, divisions, and profits interests. Experience working at a large accounting firm

Responsabilités

• Research and analyze various federal income tax issues in connection with but not limited to: accounting methods, operating partnerships, LLCs and more
• Assist with M&A tax structuring, and internal restructuring
• Draft emails and memos
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings
