Job summary

EisnerAmper is a leading accounting and advisory firm seeking a senior tax consultant with extensive federal income tax experience. The role focuses on research, M&A tax structuring, and training, within a collaborative tax team.

Applicants should have CPA/JD/LL.M (Tax) credentials and 20+ years in federal tax consulting. A hybrid work model and strong Excel + tax research database skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
• Experience with National Tax Office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships.
• Strong experience with LLC and partnership tax issues in a large firm.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues (methods, partnerships).
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal reorganizations.
• Draft emails and memos.
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments.
• Assist with firm-wide trainings.
