Qualifications

• CPA, JD or LL.M (Tax) required.
• 20+ years of federal income tax consulting experience.
• Extensive LLC and partnership tax knowledge and methods.
• Experience with national tax office work and M&A tax structuring.

Responsabilités

• Research and analyze various federal income tax issues including accounting methods and partnerships.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos.
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings.
