EisnerAmper is seeking a highly experienced tax professional to join our Tax Group in a role that focuses on complex federal income tax issues, including partnerships and M&A structuring. You will draft critical communications, alerts, and training materials while collaborating across teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large accounting firms, strong Excel skills, and advanced tax degrees (CPA/JD/LL.M). This position offers a path in a merit-based, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD or LL.M (Tax) required.
• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience at large firms.
• Experience with accounting methods, LLC and partnership tax issues and allocations.

Responsabilités

• Research and analyze various federal income tax issues in connection with accounting methods, operating partnerships, LLCs and more.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring, and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos.
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments.
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings.
