Qualifications

• CPA, JD or LL.M (Tax) required.
• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
• Experience with National Tax Office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships.
• Strong proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with tax research databases (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint).

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues including accounting methods and partnerships.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos; draft firm-wide alerts on current developments.
• Assist with firm-wide trainings.
