Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in recruiting support or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to conduct high-volume phone screenings with professionalism.
• Attention to detail and solid documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate phone screenings and evaluate against hiring criteria.
• Document interview findings and update ATS with outcomes.
• Schedule interviews with Talent Managers and hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout screening.
• Support recruiting events and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Deliver a professional, positive candidate experience and ensure confidentiality.
• Meet productivity, quality, and response-time expectations.
