Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Talent Development to drive enablement of Talent Management processes across the enterprise. You will design, execute, and continuously improve performance management, talent reviews and succession planning while producing executive-ready materials and data-driven insights for leadership decisions.

The role is hybrid (in-office Mon-Thu) and can sit in Sugar Land, TX or other ABM offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in talent management, people analytics, HR, or related function.
• Hands-on experience supporting performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Strong data and analytical skills with experience in advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency with Copilot or other AI platforms.
• Advanced ability to create executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Oracle HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Enable enterprise talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement across HRBPs, leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent execution of talent processes aligned with governance and standards.
• Prepare materials for talent calibration sessions, leadership reviews, and executive presentations.
• Maintain and update succession plans, talent profiles, and readiness assessments.
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of performance management cycles.
• Translate talent data into insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
