Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority in Portland, OR is seeking a Recruiting & Workforce Development Analyst to support recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce development operations.

You will partner with hiring managers, use Workday and dashboards, ensure equitable hiring practices, and help streamline processes to improve the employee experience from hire to separation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any related field, or three years of technical-level experience.
• Experience coordinating recruitment activities, posting jobs, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding/offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce development operations.
• Provide technical assistance with Workday and recruitment planning; track progress and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR and program leadership to ensure equitable hiring and position management.
