Job summary
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiting & Workforce Development Analyst to support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce development operations within the Office of Business Operations. This role collaborates with hiring managers to ensure staffing processes are efficient, equitable, and aligned with OHA policies.
You will monitor recruitment, maintain data dashboards, and help ensure compliance with policies and bargaining agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of technical-level experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Smartsheet, and related tools for tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain workforce data, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress.
- Advise hiring managers on policies, equitable hiring, and position management.
