• Eagerness to learn procurement, supplier development, and program management processes.

• Supplier Readiness & Program Support: Support supplier onboarding and readiness for new platforms; maintain sourcing timelines and risk mitigation plans; partner with engineering, operations, and procurement teams; participate in cross-functional program meetings.
• Supply Base Development: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; support capability assessments and readiness reviews; gather and analyze supplier information; collaborate on supplier improvement initiatives.
• Strategic Sourcing Support: Assist in supplier research, selection, and data analysis; maintain supplier databases; participate in cost analysis and supplier engagement; support commodity teams.
• Risk Management & Reporting: Identify potential supplier risks; maintain tracking tools and readiness metrics; prepare status updates and presentations for project teams; ensure compliance with procurement policies.
