Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support multiple lines of business and a range of roles, from high-volume to tech. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offers, while ensuring compliant, efficient hiring.

You will craft job campaigns, analyze markets, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or related HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and campaign creation across channels.
• Screen candidates to assess fit and coordinate interviews.
• Create job offers and support negotiations.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage and nurture candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners.
