Job summary

Fooda, Inc. is seeking a TA Specialist on Fooda’s People team to manage full cycle recruitment for high-volume nonexempt (hourly) roles with potential salaried positions.

You will build and maintain an active candidate pipeline using creative sourcing for current and future needs. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Chicago headquarters, and you will collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hires across

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (preferably for both corporate and high volume roles)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Compelling metrics demonstrating successful recruiting results (hires, levels, time-to-fill)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in selling Fooda to prospective candidates
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently; self-directed
• Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to influence hiring managers
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and get great results

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fills
• Create sourcing strategies to recruit candidates across all departments and verticals
• Coordinate with third-party partner to hire offshore talent
• Recruit for nonexempt (hourly) and part-time roles with urgency to meet operational needs
• Provide recruitment counsel to hiring managers on strategies, interviewing, assessments, and sourcing tactics
• Develop and refine talent acquisition strategies aligned to market trends
• Improve recruiting systems and processes related to reporting, tracking, compensation, and ATS functionality
• Communicate with hiring managers and HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
• Track recruiting data and report on key metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to Fooda Talent Brand at recruitment events
• Create and update job descriptions reflecting hiring needs
