Job summary

Fooda in Chicago is seeking a TA Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly roles and select salaried positions, building a robust candidate pipeline.

This hybrid role requires strong sourcing, relationship building, and collaboration with hiring managers and offshore partners to meet operational needs across Fooda’s markets. You will create job descriptions, report on recruiting metrics, and contribute to Fooda’s employer brand through events and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (preferably for both corporate and high volume roles).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Compelling metrics demonstrating successful recruiting results (hires, time to fill, levels).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to sell Fooda to candidates.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn tasks independently, and work self-directed.
• Strong relationship-building skills to influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, ensuring positive candidate experience and timely fills.
• Create sourcing strategies to recruit for different hiring needs across departments and Fooda.
• Coordinate with third-party partner to hire offshore talent.
• Recruit for nonexempt (hourly) and part-time roles with urgency to meet operations.
• Provide recruitment counsel to hiring managers on strategies, interviewing, and sourcing.
• Improve recruitment processes and reporting, ATS functionality, and compensation tracking.
• Ensure onboarding is complete with hiring managers and HR.
• Track recruiting data and report on key metrics for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Fooda’s Talent Brand at recruitment events and update job descriptions.
