Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience a plus, not required.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates across roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess fit.
• Extend offers and facilitate onboarding and acceptance.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and nurture pipelines.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
• Handle multiple requisitions with strong attention to detail.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
