Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations
• Experience using social and digital recruiting tools
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent communities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business groups
• Proactively source active and passive candidates across channels
• Strengthen NEP’s employer brand and diverse pipelines
• Explore new recruiting channels and partnerships
• Represent NEP at events and in networking activities
• Screen candidates and conduct effective interviews
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer
