NEP Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build strong, diverse teams across the organization. You’ll partner with hiring managers to deliver inclusive recruiting strategies and create a positive candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires 1-2 days on-site in Harmar Township with minimal travel in the US. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, proactively source candidates, and strengthen NEP’s employer brand across business groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Experience using social and digital recruiting tools.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with distributed or multi-location teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business groups.
• Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Identify opportunities to build diverse candidate pipelines and strengthen employer brand.
• Recommend and explore new recruiting channels, networks, partnerships.
• Represent NEP at recruiting events and network with candidates.
• Conduct effective candidate screening and interviews to assess fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
