NEP Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build strong, diverse teams across the organization. You’ll partner with hiring managers to deliver inclusive recruiting strategies and create a positive candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires 1-2 days on-site in Harmar Township with minimal travel in the US. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, proactively source candidates, and strengthen NEP’s employer brand across business groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Experience using social and digital recruiting tools.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with distributed or multi-location teams.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to deliver thoughtful, inclusive, and effective recruiting strategies that support business goals and create a positive experience for every candidate.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business groups

Identify opportunities to build diverse candidate pipelines and strengthen NEP’s employer brand

Recommend and explore new recruiting channels, networks, and partnerships

Represent NEP at recruiting and networking events, sharing information about our teams, roles, and culture

Conduct effective candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit

Help ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance

What You Will Need:

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, ideally supporting distributed or multi-location teams

Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations

Experience using social and digital recruiting tools and creative sourcing techniques

Demonstrated success building and maintaining candidate pipelines and talent communities

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
