Job summary

This on-site role (Mon-Thu) with Friday virtual work runs 8:00-5:00 with some flexibility. Candidates should have 1.5–2 years of professional staffing experience and familiarity with ATS tools such as Workday.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years minimum experience in professional staffing at a large staffing company.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business units; metrics-driven.
• Strong knowledge of staffing policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business units to meet recruiting goals.
• Guide leaders on staffing processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develop recruiting strategies from workforce plans and implement them.
• Educate hiring teams on interviewing and expectations.
• Maintain ATS integrity and follow recruiting policies and laws.
• Support new HR programs and improve processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
