Essex Property Trust, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) to lead recruitment for high-volume, corporate, and leadership roles across the organization.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and craft strategies to attract top candidates. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, active sourcing, events, and DEI-focused hiring, with a hybrid in-office requirement on the West Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume, corporate, and executive roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for high-volume, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Hiring Events & Job Fairs: Plan, organize, and attend events to attract diverse candidates.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to build hiring plans.
• Optimize Recruitment Processes: Implement creative solutions to streamline hiring and remove bottlenecks.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout recruitment.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Champion DEI through inclusive hiring practices.
