Essex Property Trust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, corporate, and leadership roles at our Irvine offices. You will build pipelines, partner with managers, and drive an inclusive hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, time-to-hire, and strategic collaboration with departments while supporting Essex’s hybrid work model across multiple West Coast locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs.
