Job summary

Essex Property Trust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) to drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, corporate, and leadership roles across multiple offices. You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

In this role, you will build a diverse candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, plan hiring events, partner with stakeholders, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume, corporate, and executive roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for high-volume, corporate, and leadership roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods (outreach, job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
• Plan, organize, and attend hiring events and job fairs to attract diverse candidates and promote employer brand.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide regular recruitment updates and metrics.
• Streamline hiring processes by implementing creative solutions to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Champion DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse talent and practicing inclusive hiring.
