Nex in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist. You’ll own interview scheduling across US and Hong Kong, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and align recruiters and hiring managers from first call to final round.

You’ll build and maintain job postings, track recruitment metrics, support onboarding, and contribute to market research on titles and compensation while working in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment coordination or TA.
• Experience coordinating high-volume interviews across time zones.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Proficient with Greenhouse ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling across US and HK offices.
• Collect and consolidate interview feedback for faster decisions.
• Manage job postings end-to-end across platforms.
• Keep candidates informed on status throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Support onboarding and new hires in their first weeks.
• Contribute to recruitment planning and market research.
• Engage in broader TA initiatives across the function.
