Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive recruiting operations across North America. You will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, manage the interview scheduling platform, and support Workday and other recruiting technologies.

The role emphasizes process improvement, technology adoption, and vendor management, with opportunities to grow within Talent Acquisition Operations and Recruiting Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations, recruiting administration, or related function.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar Applicant Tracking System preferred.
• Strong experience with interview scheduling, recruiting technologies, and operational processes.
• Experience managing invoices, vendor relationships, or payment administration activities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones and business functions, ensuring a seamless candidate and manager experience.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the interview scheduling platform and drive process improvements.
• Support recruiting operations within Workday and other talent acquisition technologies.
• Process, reconcile, and track recruiting vendor invoices and assist with vendor management activities.
• Develop and maintain recruiting process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency through technology and automation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and reporting.
• Take on additional responsibilities commensurate with capability and business needs.
