The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and corporate training programs. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end hiring, developing job descriptions, coordinating assessments, onboarding, and leading L&D initiatives with the Sr.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Own end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes.
• Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Work with Sr. Manager of Talent Management to design and implement effective training programs.
• Develop instructional materials, e-learning courses, and in-person training sessions.
• Track training participation and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and leadership development programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative learning solutions.
