Job summary

Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Programs Specialist to manage day-to-day recruiting, onboarding, and HR programs.

The role partners with hiring managers to fill positions, coordinates candidate activity, tracks requisitions, and supports onboarding and new-hire documentation in ADP. Additionally, the role supports learning and development initiatives by coordinating training resources, LinkedIn Learning content, and program timelines, including planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent engagement, or a related HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
• Experience coordinating recruiting processes, interviews, onboarding activities, or HR programs.
• Proficiency with HRIS, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process for open roles, including intake discussions, sourcing, interview coordination, and status tracking.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and move searches forward.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other approved recruiting channels.
• Coordinate with external recruiters for niche or senior-level roles.
• Track requisitions and provide regular updates to HR leadership and managers.
• Support offer, pre-employment, onboarding, and documentation processes.
