Qualifications

• Associate degree plus two years in recruitment or HR or related field.
• Experience reviewing resumes and recommending candidates.
• Strong communication with candidates and partners.
• Organizational and time-management skills; multi-priority ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for assigned requisitions and post ads.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, assess qualifications, and recommend candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers on vacancies and provide updates.
• Maintain candidate communication and a positive experience.
• Evaluate pipelines, identify sourcing gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Represent the agency at recruitment events and outreach activities.
