Job summary

University of Colorado Denver is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Compensation (TAC) Partner to support the Denver campus and serve as a key resource in recruitment, job evaluation, classification, and compensation for University Staff, Classified Staff, and Faculty positions.

This Open Rank role may be filled at Senior or Principal Professional level, reporting to the Director for Talent Acquisition and Compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, Public Admin, Public Policy, or related field.
• Two years of HR experience in talent acquisition, job evaluation, classification, or compensation.
• Experience applying HR principles, policies, and practices.
• Substitution: related experience may substitute for degree.
• Three years of experience for higher level.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on recruitment, job evaluation, classification, and compensation.
• Develop and deliver training, tools, and guidance for HR Partners and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado EO and related rules.
• Support change management for HR programs and processes.
