Job summary

ABM Industries is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, Accounts Payable to ensure accurate invoice processing and provide year-round administrative support for recruiting programs. The role blends AP tasks with recruiting coordination and requires meticulous organization and strong communication.

Hybrid work in-office Mon-Thu at Sugar Land, TX or New York, NY locations, with a pay range of $23.00–$29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and AP automation tools (APWorkflow, JDE).
• Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, interviews, events with multiple stakeholders.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices; code to PO and cost centers.
• Enter coded invoices into AP system; maintain vendor records.
• Manage approval routing and track status of invoices.
• Coordinate university, skilled trades, and military recruiting programs.
• Schedule candidate interviews and support recruiter communications.
• Prepare recruiting presentations and event coordination activities.
