Job summary

Swank is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and support all recruiting initiatives. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting, coordinate with management, and ensure compliant, equitable processes.

Based in St. Louis, MO, the role is primarily office-based with collaboration across university partnerships and internship programs. Strong communication, negotiation and ATS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience including full-life-cycle executive recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with initiative and strong relationships.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a team environment with customer service focus.
• Experience with ATS systems and job boards including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• UKG Ready experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-life cycle recruiting through sourcing, headhunting, qualifying and interviewing candidates.
• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide best practices.
• Select optimal recruitment channels and sources.
• Maintain best-practice standards in recruitment and compliance.
• Build relationships with management and external recruitment agencies.
• Oversee onboarding: offers, schedules, training, and benefits education.
• Set social media strategy for different job profiles and functions.
• Enhance employer brand through communication and branding strategies.
• Represent Swank at career fairs and campus events.
• Manage Swank’s summer internship program from recruiting to project oversight.
• Monitor labor legislation and ensure process compliance.
