Job summary

CentralSquare is seeking a Systems Support Specialist II to implement PC/Network microcomputers and support OS and application software for internal customers. The role includes configuration, training, and problem-resolution across the Network, MS OS, and desktop applications.

You will assist IT teammates on projects and be expected to travel, adapt to shift changes, and provide after-hours support as needed. Shift times typically 8-5 or 8:30-5:30 CST, with potential hybrid work after training.

Qualifications

• Intermediate technical and analytical skills required to implement PC/Network microcomputers and support OS and application software.

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers in configuring, training, and resolving issues related to the Network, MS operating system, Mobile OS, desktop applications, and computer equipment.
• Assist other IT support team members in diagnosing and implementing team/corporate projects.
• Work is monitored via reports and results are measured against targets.
• Be flexible to travel, shift changes, and after-hours support.
