The position supports hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing, ensuring continuous system availability. Applicants should have an Associate’s degree, at least two years in IT infrastructure, and familiarity with SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field required.
• Two years of IT infrastructure experience required.
• A+, Network+, Security+ preferred.
• Implement and maintain corporate infrastructure with hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing.
• Assist with LAN security to ensure HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage information systems and IT initiatives as assigned.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users and devices.
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint and related systems.
• Support Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft Office environments.
