Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator II for a versatile hybrid role that blends traditional field systems engineering with onsite staff augmentation. You will provide comprehensive technical support both remotely and on-site, and may be placed at client sites from one day per week to full-time as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, adapts quickly to diverse environments, and supports network infrastructure, endpoints, security, and cloud services to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology.
• General MSP industry knowledge.
• Ability to provide excellent support remotely or onsite as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting across applications, servers, networks, and virtual machines.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and manage client infrastructures during scheduled appointments.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving IT requests onsite or remotely.
• Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates and maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor endpoints and complete preventative maintenance.
• Ensure network security and documentation.
• Assist in deploying new technology and test backups.
