Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to lead testing, monitoring, and support of core banking systems and automation apps. You’ll help plan upgrades, optimize batch processing, and coordinate with Service Desk and IT teams to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IS or related field, 5–8 years' experience in financial tech, strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, and readiness for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5 to 8 years of similar or related experience or equivalent training.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and provide 24/7 support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, maintain core financial systems and 3rd party apps.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement product and system upgrades.
• Assist in testing and validation of new products and major releases.
• Support automation and batch processing with on-call rotation as needed.
• Document changes and follow change control procedures.
