Job summary

Credit Union West is seeking an IS Systems Analyst I to join our Glendale, AZ team. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and partnering with management to optimize banking systems and processes.

You will assist in maintaining non-operating software and supporting UAT while developing your skills under guidance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and 1–3 years of prior experience in a financial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years Information Systems experience in financial institutions preferred; Power-On experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on business data from multiple systems to provide concise, contextual insights.
• Learn systems and processes by collaborating with management and senior analysts; document procedures.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and monitoring of non-operating system software; participate in UAT.
