Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support core financial systems, automation, and third‑party applications. The role is based at our Corporate Office in Phoenix and involves coordinating upgrades and batch processing.

You will participate in product development, provide escalation support to the Service Desk, and help implement standardized job processing and automation. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business Admin or related field is required.
• 3+ years of related experience in IT operations or financial systems preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; willingness to provide 24/7 support as needed.
• Knowledge of Fiserv DNA and Automic job automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support nightly/monthly processing and system upgrades.
• Configure, troubleshoot, maintain core financial systems and 3rd party apps.
• Develop automation scripts and test transactions.
• Assist Service Desk and System Analysts with escalated issues and training.
• Document changes and maintain production schedules.
