Job summary

TransCore is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the team in Harrisburg, PA, Houston, TX, or Miramar, FL. You will maintain software, hardware, and networks across a hybrid work model, with in-office three days weekly.

The role emphasizes security, AD/GP management, and automation with PowerShell and Azure. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years IT experience, Microsoft 365/Entra ID expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT experience in systems administration or related roles.
• Experience with Hyper-V, Azure, and PowerShell scripting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 admin, Entra ID, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of security, backups, and firewall management.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows environments (Windows 11).

Responsibilities

• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Hybrid work model; in-office 3 days per week.
• Maintain Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Create accounts and provision workstations.
• Monitor systems and diagnose performance issues.
• Troubleshoot outages and security events.
• Upgrade systems and implement new releases.
• Develop, maintain internal IT docs and policies.
• Assist third-party helpdesk and create KB articles.
• Collaborate with vendors on upgrades or migrations.
