Job summary

TransCore is seeking an Azure Systems Administrator to join our IT/Infrastructure Department as a full-time role. You will manage, optimize and support our Azure-based infrastructure, collaborating with teammates across multiple departments to deliver reliable, secure cloud services.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong networking, virtualization, and security knowledge in Azure.
• Scripting with PowerShell for automation.
• Familiarity with hybrid on-premises + Azure environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-oriented communication.
• Clear, confident communication and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
• Monitor system performance and availability to ensure uptime.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
• Maintain documentation and system records.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Azure-related issues.
• Participate in planning and executing system upgrades.
