Everforth Apex is seeking a Stores Platform Engineer to administer store hardware and software, focusing on POS systems, peripherals, and Android devices. The role requires technical expertise, problem solving, and collaboration with store teams across projects.

You will support remote users, engage with partners on MDM migrations, and help deploy store technology solutions in a fast-paced retail environment with hybrid work arrangement in New Albany, OH.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT-related field, retail tech preferred
• Experience providing technical support to remote users
• Familiarity with mobile device management and Android devices

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and administering store hardware and software solutions, including POS systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Provide support for issues encountered with store technology.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues in a timely manner, interfacing with store associates.
• Utilize reporting tools, scripting languages, and automation to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
• Communicate with internal/external partners to troubleshoot issues related to MDM migration and Android device configuration.
• Provide technical assistance for store technology projects and collaborate with project teams to define requirements and contribute to implementation.
