Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a System Administrator to provide remote support for an enterprise app delivery platform. You will troubleshoot Windows client issues, manage incidents, and assist users across a large application environment in a hybrid Puerto Rico setting.

The role requires a university degree with 3–5+ years of experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Bomgar, Docker Desktop, and Windows 11 troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S Citizen.
• Experience in system administration, application support, desktop support, or related technical role.
• Experience providing remote application or desktop support.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 troubleshooting and software installation.
• Experience with remote-support tools such as Bomgar, OneStop, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for the Windows client environment and the application delivery platform.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot the custom client.
• Diagnose issues related to installation, launch, licensing, connectivity, and configuration.
• Use Bomgar and OneStop to remotely connect to Windows 11 computers and assist customers.
• Collect and analyze logs, error messages, and system information.
• Manage incidents and service requests from initial contact through resolution.
• Communicate status and resolutions clearly to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to developers or infrastructure teams as needed.
• Document resolutions and validation testing for updates.
