Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sustainment Financial Analyst (early in career) in a hybrid capacity to support program control, budgeting, and EAC development for multiple contracts. The role partners with program teams and finance stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and insightful analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2 years of experience, and hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office. Relocation is not provided, and the position requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant financial work experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or a similar business system.

Responsibilities

• Program control financial support including monthly variance analysis, billing, forecasting, program metrics, program reviews and gate reviews.
• Preparation/Presentation of EACs.
• Interaction with program team, project leads, billing and functions throughout LADS.
• Creation of financial deliverables and CDRL in support of contractual requirements.
• Funding and de-obligation analysis; AOP, LRP, and weekly sales forecasting.
