Job summary

RTX is seeking an entry level Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst (P1) to support a portfolio of programs within Program Controls. You will work with EAC, SOX compliance, and budgeting using SAP/APEX and Business Warehouse to produce in-depth financial reporting and forecasts.

The role is hybrid (onsite/remote) with preference for candidates near the U.S. Eastern or Central time zones, and relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support across startup to mature phases, including budgeting and cost control.
• Engage in forecasting, EAC, and reporting on program funding profiles and bookings.
• Assist with variance analysis and financial planning within a fast-paced team.
